In this training course we want to focus on the topic of mental resilience of young people, as acceptance of their own and others' vulnerability, coping with stress and difficult situations, cultivating personal and social resources that impair mental health, promoting self-confidence and capacity for emotional integration.
The target group of this training are youth workers working directly with young people, who are able to transfer the competences developed within this training directly into the youth work.
The main objective of this project is to increase the competences of youth workers to be able to create, design and implement workshops, trainings, long or short-term educational programs for young people with lack of opportunities (including NEETs), young people who are at risk of marginalisation or who come from difficult socio-economic backgrounds.
